The Day Of
Jenny Doh - On Cultivating Story
Topic: Fangs, Flaws & Capabilities
Mindy Nettifee - On Cultivating Inner Authority
Topic: Intuitive Navigation and the Voice
Jenny’s interactive workshop-style session will help us examine ideas we have about our worth and consider things we have all longed to hear and inhabit. Together, we will reflect on our unique and universal stories and use them to help confront the valley of hurt we can get trapped in and can sometimes spend a lifetime clawing our way out of. Perhaps art will be the boat we board together as Jenny helps us find ways to take to the oars because the wind at times does not serve. Perhaps we will even row in the same boat toward a place where we can transform our flaws and alleged impediments into powerful capabilities.
Mindy knows all too well that too many of us struggle with blocks to our creativity and life force, both with their mysterious roots. We live for years in "survival mode" and can't figure out how to slow down, how to get unstuck, how to feel inspired and alive again. Her workshop will help us expand our capacity for authentic expression and also identify and explore our purpose. Author of three collections of poetry, she is also going to share some of her work with us, and it’s sure to open you up and break your heart a little.
Panel Discussions
Trusting the Pivot: Embracing What’s Next
This panel discussion, featuring three remarkable women, explores what it’s like when you find yourself at a crossroads, whether in your career, creative pursuit, or personal life. Sometimes necessary and almost always tender, the art of letting go of what no longer serves you (even when you STILL love it!) can bring with it beautiful and unexpected changes that you’d have missed if you’d not let go and jumped. With candid insights and real-life experiences, our panelists will share how they navigated personal, professional, and creative transitions and discovered new opportunities and alignment. Embracing the next chapter isn’t always easy, but giving yourself permission to reimagine your work, your art, and your purpose can change EVERYTHING!

In The Company of Women - Collaboration, Competition and Building Community
This panel discussion and conversation explores the empowering connections that can happen when women come together and when collaboration transcends competition. From the voice of these community builders, together, we’ll explore how women can take up space with confidence while simultaneously championing each other’s successes. On the other side of fear and lack mentality is unlimited potential, and when women share ideas, amplify one another’s strengths, and co-create together, magic can happen. Collaboration fosters trust and creativity, both individually and collectively. When women build a foundation of community and possibility, we all BLOOM! As it’s been said, “A rising tide lifts all boats!”
